From Hopeless to Hopeful: How Daniel Found a Family in Faith
When we first met Daniel, he was sitting alone outside a neighbour’s home, having gone two days without a proper meal. His mother had passed away the previous year, and his elderly grandfather was struggling to care for him alone.
Through Mighty Orphans Ministry’s child care program, Daniel was enrolled in our daily feeding program, received a full school uniform, books, and tuition support for the new term. Within three months, his teacher reported a dramatic improvement in his concentration, confidence, and participation in class.
Today, Daniel is one of the most joyful children in our outreach group. He arrives early every morning, helps younger children settle in, and has become known for leading the group in prayer — hands folded, eyes lifted, trusting in a God who never forgot him.
